Pre-service Basic Training Workshops
These workshops are designed for those who need the 24-hours of pre-service training in domestic violence in order to qualify to provide domestic violence counseling services for offenders and/or survivors. 24 CEUs approved by NASW for each workshop. The cost is $150.00 for one workshop or $300.00 for both workshops. Direct questions to Derrik Tollefson (derrik.tollefson@usu.edu).
Note that DCFS offers a stipend to folks who travel more than 50 miles to attend. Contact bstjohn@utah.gov with questions.
Approval should be obtained prior to attending training. Funds are limited.
